The INVESTMENTS business line has the following Units:

  • ENERPAL REAL ESTATE. It makes investments and performs the management of development of the Real Estate Property.
  • ENERPAL CENTRALES ENERGÉTICAS. It has productive energy assets in ownership. Sale of electrical energy (kWh).

Management of Real Estate Assets

Enerpal has relevant real estate assets, buildings, lands, etc …, using part of them to develop their own activity leasing the rest to third parties.

Enerpal also participates in real estate promotions based on Ecological Building, through the association or collaboration with other real estate developers, providing financing and its technologies for the development thereof.

Enerpal manages those real estate assets efficiently, aimed at obtaining recurring incomes that guarantee the sustainability of the company over time.

Management of Energy Assets

Enerpal has wind power plants and solar photovoltaic power plants for the sale of electricity (kWh). It also has the development of required licenses for the construction of new power plants, both for increasing its own assets portfolio and for the sale to third parties.

Enerpal, as for the previous section, manages those energy assets efficiently, aimed at obtaining recurring revenues which guarantee the sustainability of the company over time.
