ENERPAL has been awarded the tender for the design, supply and installation of a photovoltaic self-consumption plant of 99.45 kW, tendered by the City of Palencia.
The 99.45 kW photovoltaic self-consumption plant will be located on the roof of the Eras de Santa Marina Sports Complex (Palencia), and will be made up of 306 JINKO photovoltaic modules of 325 W each, and a solar inverter of the brand INGETEAM of 100 kW. In addition, a complete communication and control system will be installed, which will allow monitoring all the parameters to make an instantaneous follow-up and facilitate the maintenance thereof, which has also been awarded to ENERPAL.
The self-consumption plant will generate 156,335 kWh per year and will cover 29% of the current total demand of the Sports Complex, which implies a reduction in CO2 emissions of 55,812 Kg / year.
The installation is of great importance for being the first installation of great power that will be installed for self-consumption in municipal dependencies of the City council of Palencia, being a reference in generation of renewable energy for the city.
